It is a derivative of SF-005 and is approved for use in or on food in accordance with Regulation (EU) No. 1321/2013 and Regulation (EC) No. 2065/2003, as amended. Designed to impart a smoke flavor to gravies, stuffings, snack items, soups, cheese products, nut meats, barbecue sauces, and flavored salt mixtures sold at retail. The suggested starting usage level is 0.10%, adjustable based on the specific product application.
