Azelis acquired Impex Química, S.A. in 2004, a leading distributor company founded in 1969 to provide the Spanish market with a wide range of chemical products. In 2016, the acquisition of specialty company Ametech, allowed us to expand the business into the Agro market. 

From Spain, we also take responsibility for our Portuguese sales, operating from the main office in Cornellà de Llobregat only at 10 minutes distance from Barcelona’s airport and close to the seaport. In addition to the main office, we have an office in Aspe near Alicante, and local salespeople based in Madrid, Valencia, and Portugal to give a complete service to our customers.
