Azelis UK was created through a combination of 3 major acquisitions. Particularly in the UK, in 2002 we acquired Chance & Hunt Ltd, in 2008 we then acquired S Black Ltd expanding our business into the Life Sciences sector. In 2011, Azelis acquired S&D UK Group which strengthened our position in food and pharma.
In the UK you can rely on teams of market focussed, technical trained sales and marketing staff. We have 4 laboratories catering to Personal Care, Homecare & Industrial Cleaning, Food & Health and Pharma, and we work with customers and principals to develop formulations for their applications. Our network of warehouses across the UK is geared to providing first-class service to our customers.
