PROMITOR® Soluble Fibre offers high fibre content, excellent solubility and ease of use. PROMITOR® Soluble Fibre has a 70% minimum dietary fibre content on a dry solids basis (DSB), less than 10% sugars, and clean taste, perfect for sugar reduction applications. A version with 85% fibre DSB and less than 2% sugars is suitable for applications where fibre fortification is the priority. PROMITOR® Soluble Fibre is the soluble fibre of choice for your products.
