Advanced Testing Capabilities
To support research, development, and application testing, the Milan laboratory is equipped with a comprehensive range of analytical and performance-testing instruments.
Its facilities include a Ducom 4-Ball Tester for ASTM tribology testing, a Tapping Torque Test machine for predictive machining fluid performance evaluation, Anton Paar and Brookfield viscometers, and a BRUKER FT-IR spectrometer for raw material characterization and competitor benchmarking.
The laboratory also features automatic titration systems, foam evaluation devices, and ASTM corrosion and protection test kits, enabling the development, testing, and validation of formulations under conditions representative of real industrial environments.
