Diethylenetriamine (DETA) is a curing agent for epoxy resins. It also functions as a corrosion inhibitor, surfactant, mineral processing aid and chelating agent. It is a clear, colorless, single-component grade with ammonia-like odor. It is suitable for polyamide resins and wet strength resins. It is used as a polymer and resin modifier. Diethylenetriamine (DETA) can be used in composites. It is listed with DSL (Canada) & TSCA (United States).
