Highly concentrated product, consisting of amyloglucosidase enzyme activity from a selected classical strain of Aspergillus niger. AMIGASE® MEGA L is applicable for the saccharification of barley, corn, potato, rice, sorghum, wheat, and other starch sources. It improves spirit yield and extracts from raw materials. AMIGASE® MEGA L facilitates the complete hydrolysis of dextrins into fermentable glucose from all types of starch, making it an essential enzyme for efficient starch conversion in industrial processes.
