GENU® Pectin LM 106 AS-YA is a partly amidated low ester pectin extracted from citrus peel and standardized by the addition of sucrose. It is used as a thickening agent and exhibits high calcium reactivity. This product can also be used as a viscosity builder, protective colloid, and a stabilizer.

GENU® Pectin LM 106 AS-YA is used in dairy products and provides excellent texturizing properties in yogurt applications.
