Aquanate SCI-85P is an anionic surfactant in powder form. Sodium Cocoyl Isethionate produces a dense lather that contributes to the overall foam stability of finished formulations. It is high foaming in both hard and soft water. Optimum pH range is 6 to 8, however the pH can be slightly higher for some solid formulations such as soap-based detergent bars. Usage levels range from 1-5% w/w in liquid formulations to 2-60% w/w in solid formats.
